Finding your download

After confirmed payment, sign in to My downloads. Pending, failed and cancelled orders do not provide access. Contact us if a confirmed order is missing its download.

Installing on Windows

Download SmartFileRenamer-Setup.zip, extract it, then open SmartFileRenamer-Setup.exe and follow its steps. The installer uses your local user account. You can also extract the portable ZIP and open SmartFileRenamer.exe. Windows 10/11 x64 and .NET Framework 4.8 are required.

Paying with USDT

Place an order, send the displayed USDT amount on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), then upload a PNG/JPEG receipt and on-chain transaction hash from your order page. After support verifies the credited payment, your account will show the downloads. If you need to correct a submitted receipt, contact renamerfile@gmail.com with your order number. Do not send a second payment unless support has clarified the first.
