The desktop app renames files locally. Its recovery history is stored on your device. This website does not receive the files you rename.

Website and order data

The store uses account, contact, billing and order information to process purchases, provide downloads and answer support requests. The hosting server may retain technical logs for security and operation. Essential cookies maintain sign-in and cart sessions. Your theme preference is stored locally in your browser.

Payments

When checkout is available, card details are handled by Safepay and its payment partners. Do not send card numbers to our support email. The store retains payment references and order status to determine download access.

Your requests

Contact us to request access, corrections or deletion of your account information. Some transaction records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations. Closing an account does not remove records that must be retained.

Crypto payment receipts

If you choose USDT checkout, we store your transaction hash and payment screenshot privately for payment review and order support. Screenshots are accessible to authorized store administrators, not through the public media library. Crop out unrelated balances and personal details. Contact renamerfile@gmail.com about receipt access or deletion; order records may need to be retained for applicable obligations.
