Purchase terms & refunds

These terms describe purchases of Smart File Renamer from RenamePilot. Contact renamerfile@gmail.com with questions before purchasing.

What you receive

The US$19 launch purchase includes a downloadable copy of Smart File Renamer version 2 for Windows and its Windows setup. The app supports Windows 10/11 x64 with .NET Framework 4.8. There is no subscription. Future major versions, automatic updates and code signing are not included.

Using the software

You may use your purchased copy for your own personal or business file-renaming work. This purchase does not grant a right to resell or redistribute the software. Keep backups of important files and review every rename preview. Undo is limited to the most recent operation and can be blocked by content changes or conflicts.

Payments and access

Access is granted after the payment provider confirms payment. Pending or failed payments do not unlock downloads. Your card issuer may apply conversion or other charges, separately from the checkout amount.

Problems and refunds

If a download is missing, corrupted or materially differs from the description, contact support with your order number so we can resolve the problem or assess a refund. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. No additional money-back guarantee is advertised.

USDT checkout

USDT payments use BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) only. The displayed crypto offer is 1 USDT per US dollar of the order total, not a live exchange-rate quote. Network and withdrawal fees are additional; the full displayed USDT amount must arrive. Use the address shown on your own order. Screenshots and transaction hashes are claims of payment, not confirmation. Downloads open only after the store verifies a credited deposit and its association with your order. Review is manual, so access is not instant. Wrong-token, wrong-network and underpaid transfers require support review and do not automatically unlock downloads. Any approved refund is handled separately with support; uploading a receipt does not initiate a refund.
